Delivery Policy


Unlike most online carpet and flooring stores we pride ourselves in our delivery service. We provide delivery to your specified address and our delivery teams are willing to carry your goods into your home and room of choice*. Unlike most online stores who drop to the kerbside of the address.

Our standard delivery cost is £11.99 but is FREE on all orders over £89.

Deliveries are made to the North West of England. All items must be paid in full prior to delivery.
Delivery is up to 7 working days from the order, we always aim to get your products to you as soon as we can. Obviously sometimes there are occasions where we can't such as due to adverse weather, obtaining stocked product, vehicle breakdown. Where there is a delay we will inform you as soon as we can.

If you are not using our fitting service, please do not arrange fitting until your goods have been delivered and you are happy with them.

Order confirmation email


Upon order you will receive an email confirmation of all items purchased. Please check these carefully. If you notice any problems with order confirmations, please let us know immediately.

Arranging Delivery


If there are any problems with items being in stock which may cause a delay, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Once items have been cut and packaged we will email you to advise on dispatch date and estimated time (specifying morning or afternoon) delivery. If this is not convenient please let us know as soon as possible so we can re-arrange a more suitable date. Please note the timings are an estimation and may vary but we will do our best to deliver around the specified timeframe.

If there are any problems with delivery after the delivery date has been provided, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If the delivery date provided is not suitable to you, or nobody can be available to accept delivery please let us know as soon as possible so that a rescheduled date can be organised.

Receipt of Items


Someone over the age of 18 must be at the delivery address to receive the order as all goods must be checked for damage and signed for. We cannot leave goods unattended at delivery sites.

Access


Our delivery vehicles can be very large please ensure access is available to the specified delivery address to avoid goods being returned to the depot.

*Flats, storey town houses and loft conversions are not included in room of choice delivery. Room of choice delivery is limited to no further beyond than first floor (one flight of stairs) of a standard house, or less if deemed unsafe to do so by the delivery team. Where delivery is made to flats, delivery will be to the ground floor entrance of the flats. In accepting to room of choice, you accept that our staff take every care to avoid any damages to the property however, by acceptance of the goods you accept liability of any damages incurred.

We cannot be held liable for any incurred losses or damages due to delayed delivery.
